The short version. We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information about you. Your game progress is saved on your own device and never leaves it. The only data leaving your device is what Google AdMob collects when you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, and that is described in full below.

This policy explains how Warehouse Empire ("the game", "the app") handles information. Warehouse Empire is developed and published by Fateful Games ("we", "us").

Information we collect ourselves

None. We operate no servers and hold no data about you. Specifically:

There are no user accounts, no sign-in and no registration
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location
Your game progress is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to us or to anyone else
There is no chat, no messaging, no social features and no user-generated content
We use no analytics, crash reporting or tracking services of our own

Uninstalling the game removes your saved progress from your device. Because we never receive that data, we hold no copy of it.

Advertising

Warehouse Empire displays rewarded video advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. These are shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as a temporary production boost or doubled offline earnings. The game contains no banner advertisements and no interstitial advertisements, and it is fully playable without ever watching one.

To serve these advertisements, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following:

Device and account identifiers — including the Android advertising ID and app set ID
IP address — which may be used to estimate the general location of your device
App interaction data — including app launches, taps and video views
Diagnostic information — including app launch time, hang rate and energy usage

This information is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and is shared with Google and its advertising partners. All data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). We do not receive any of it.

Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can also read how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your choices

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time from Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device, and you can opt out of advertisement personalisation in the same place. Opting out does not remove advertisements from the game, but they will be less relevant to you.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are shown a consent form before any advertisement is requested. Your choices are respected on every subsequent request, and you can change them at any time from within the game.

Data deletion

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete. Your saved game is removed by uninstalling the app. Advertising data held by Google is subject to Google's own controls, linked above.

Children

Warehouse Empire is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Permissions

The game requests internet access, which is used solely to load advertisements when you choose to watch one, and the advertising ID permission required by Google Play for apps that display advertisements. The game requires no other permissions and functions offline.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the game changes. Any revision will be published on this page and the date below will be updated.
